Jurassic Quest

If you love all things Jurassic, you won’t want to miss Jurassic Quest! Featuring more than 80 ultra-realistic, life-size animatronic dinosaurs, visitors can learn all about these huge creatures, interact with them, and even ride a few. The fun exhibit is fun for the whole family and features realistic scenes, colossal dinosaurs, cute baby dinosaurs, and tons of fun activities for kids of every age. Young paleontologists can uncover long-hidden dinosaurs bones at the T-Rex and Triceratops fossil digs and burn off some energy at the “Dino Bounce” area, where they’ll find towering dinosaur-themed inflatable mazes, face painting, Dino crafts and much more! KC Lunar New Year 2020

In celebration of the Lunar New Year celebration and the Year of the Rat, the Kennedy Center will come to life with showcases of Chinese and Korean culture as well as a special display of Winter Lanterns in recognition of the first winter season at the REACH. Winter Blast: A Family Day of Native Games

Celebrating indigenous games from the Arctic to Argentina, this family-friendly event features hands-on activities and “make-and-takes” in addition to offering a unique chance to meet Navajo Talibah Begay as she shares a traditional Navajo shoe guessing game, play Native Hawaiian Leihua Stewart’s traditional Hawaiian games, and learn to play Bolivian games with Aymara Julia Garcia.
