The launch of Phase One of Forward Virginia proved to be the perfect day for a Guinness at Daniel O'Connell's Irish Restaurant and Bar. Seating was available on the rooftop patio or on the extended patio on King Street, which has been pedestrianized to make dining experiences safer for all through the summer months ahead. Guests enjoyed the warm weather and authentic Irish fare throughout the day.
