FFME Northside 10s Low Country Boil

A warm evening didn’t seem to affect attendance at Northside 10’s recent Low Country Boil. Coined a “party in the parking lot,” guests enjoyed a low country boil, a recipe that combines shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn on the cob. Massive crab legs were placed on top of each serving, sprinkled with Northside 10’s signature seasoning. They also offered pit beef right off the grill.


Alexandria’s own FFME provided live music during the event. FFME kept the energy up the whole afternoon, with guests singing along to classic rock covers.


Co-owners Greg Dushaw and Teresa Keefer kept busy, steaming the crab legs and barbecuing the pit beef, respectively. Large family groups, Northside 10 regulars, newcomers, and even a party of friends celebrating a promotion in the Navy, were there to share in the fun.
