Bryan Montgomery: Coldwell Banker

After interning with an investor during college, Bryan Montgomery fell in love with the real estate industry. Amazed by the many options available both on the consumer and professional sides, he worked on some projects in Washington, DC with his family. It wasn’t until the onset of the pandemic in 2020, however, that he decided to obtain his license. By 2021, he secured his license in DC, Maryland and Virginia.

“Real estate was the first form of investing that made clear sense to me,” says the Coldwell Banker Sales Associate. “I've always enjoyed the potential that exists with it, from finding someone the perfect home to identifying opportunities for investment and development. There are so many layers to this industry and infinite opportunities.”

With great strengths in negotiation and people skills, Montgomery found success on his new path, despite facing a tough market. “Many of the agents I have worked [with] have said that my negotiation skills have gotten our deals to the closing table,” he notes. “I'm also a people person and believe that relationships are the foundations of great business. I practice this with my clients and the agents that I work with. I'm also a true native of the DC metro area. Being from the DMV and having lived in various locations within the region, I'm a major resource to my clients because I'm familiar with the area. This allows me to help a myriad of consumers, no matter their needs.”
