Summer has finally arrived and with a new season comes fresh and fun ways to introduce CBD products into our daily routines. Whether you are familiar with CBD or learning about it for the first time, it is important to understand the science behind what you are putting into your body. This will allow you to sit back, relax and enjoy the health benefits that CBD has to offer.

CBD is a natural occurring cannabinoid found in industrial hemp. Our bodies are already familiar with CBD because we naturally produce cannabinoids. The problem is that most of us suffer from a cannabinoid deficiency. Introducing a high-quality CBD product to our systems over time encourages our bodies to regulate cannabinoid production on its own. As this happens, we experience homeostasis or a balance with our endocannabinoid system.

CBD microdosing is a low-dose technique for taking CBD that is intended to help you reap the most health and wellness benefits possible. Rather than taking one large dose of CBD each day, microdosing allows you to break the dosage down into several small doses that you consume throughout the day.
