Friendly service, awesome ambiance and great drink specials were exactly what everyone who attended Jula Jane’s birthday shindig at Café 44 experienced on October 30, 2019. Located on the water in downtown Alexandria, this Halloween themed event was filled with awesome getups such as Ben Franklin, an angel, a taco and even Dorothy and her crew from OZ took a break from the yellow brick road to make an appearance.

Live music from the talented Amanda Clements and Rich Hubbard kept everyone on their feet and added to the great vibe Cafe 44’s intimate/modern setting already oozes at its cure. The night ended with the winner of the costume contest being revealed. The secret judges tallied their votes and *drum roll* Angel (pictured in white) took home the bragging rights!
