Guests of George Washington's Mount Vernon recently had the opportunity to step back in time with Martha Washington for a tea party. Tea and refreshments, prepared by the Mount Vernon Inn Restaurant, were served. Martha shared memories of her life during the Revolutionary War, her time as the First Lady and, of course, their beloved home, Mount Vernon before guests took a self-guided tour of the estate.
