It's  official! Mint Condition has finally returned home to South Royal Street, and owners Megan Podolsky + Katie Coslov recently invited shoppers to celebrate with a Grand Re-Opening Event! VIP Magazine was happy to provide the bubbles and light bites were complements of Mint Condition's new South Royal neighbors, Fontaine Caffe. The first 50 shoppers were treated to a gift with purchase and all guests enjoyed the Grand Re-Opening Sale that had begun earlier that week.

Mint Condition, a popular designer consignment boutique, made the exciting move from their previous location to rejoin their sister store, 529 Kids Consign, under one roof.  They have named the named the space Consign ALX and welcome all shoppers to join them on their new Exclusive "MINT INSIDERS" Only Instagram.
