Matt + Tony's All Day Kitchen + Bar recently opened their doors at 1501 Mt. Vernon Avenue in Del Ray. Co-Owners Tina and Matt Sloan were joined by Chef Todd Miller and local officials for a ribbon-cutting to inaugurate the new restaurant.
