Mint Condition, an Alexandria consignment shop, recently celebrated a bittersweet changing of hands from founder Toni Henderson to its new co-owners, Megan Podolsky and Katie Coslov. The two sisters-in-law are prepared to buckle down and tackle their newest business endeavor at the Alexandria gem. Coslov, former director of operations at The Shoe Hive, and Podolsky, with 10 years of experience in the consignment industry, will combine their business acumen and lean on their familial connection for strength to navigate any business challenges at Mint Condition. “We’ve always wanted to work on a business together,” Coslov said. “Our family bonds will ease the strain of our workload.”
