Despite the power outage that affected most of historic Del Ray, the popular regional multicultural arts and music festival recently took place along Mount Vernon Avenue. Attendees were greeted by more than 300 artists, musicians, food vendors and children's activities.

Be sure to venture out into Del Ray to shop at the boutiques and support the local restaurants that were forced to close on what should have been one of the busiest days of the year.
