Founder of the Podolsky Group and real estate strategist with Compass, Aaron Podolsky spends a lot of time networking and negotiating. In fact, his approachability and notable skills at the negotiating table are two of his greatest strengths in his profession.
A lover of travel, Podolsky considers the Outer Banks a favorite destination, and he and his family are in the process of building a vacation home there. In fact, his family is the large focus of his time outside of his career. “When I’m not working, I spend a lot of time playing golf or with my family, watching my kids’ sports,” says the 45-year-old father of three.
Successful though he may be, Podolsky is down-to-earth and affable, with an easy manner that holds no pretense. He’s candid about what has been the secret to achieving the level of success that he has: “It largely comes down to having integrity, being dedicated to your clients as well as your own goals, and working hard to see it all come to fruition. My tagline is actually ‘Service, integrity, and results.’”
